About Ms. Organised:

Personal Statement
I have a hugely varied professional background, which has enabled me to develop a wide range of skills. As a television director I learned to be a flexible problem solver, and developed exceptional time management abilities. I also had to perform under stress, to tight deadlines, often managing teams of up to 15 people, all needing to be on-task.
Having been a freelancer in the media world for 15 years, I understand the time pressures and constraints that arise from a competitive environment. Ms Organised grew out of my recognition that when not working, I became enmeshed in all the accumulated backlog of neglected day-to-day paperwork. Aside from the guilt factor, this build-up also distracted me from pursuing my next business project.
Amanda was brought up in rural Essex, and graduated with a BA Honours degree in English and Drama. She has worked variously in publishing and the media, for the last 15 years producing and directing television documentaries and series, including Location, Location, Location, Place in the Sun and Mersey Blues.
Working in production has given Amanda a wide range of skills, from the ability to juggle responsibilities, task teams, control timescales and budgets, and remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
In her day she has directed a fleet of WW1 fighter pilots, a working Sherman tank with crew, and her own Roman Legion. Not much phases her, even being pinned down in a cheese factory by a maniacal goat on a Spanish mountain.
Now as Ms Organised, she takes pride in bringing order to chaotic situations, from personal administration to house moves, from sourcing special items to project managing and de-cluttering.
With a handful of top professional clients already on the books (testimonials available), Ms Organised has become her full-time commitment and passion.
